Over The Top Bakery Cafe was the dream of sisters, Vivian & Annette who between them always shared a great love for baking and decorating. Vivian, who previously worked as a Manager of Habitat ReStores and Annette who previously worked in Retail always talked about opening a bakery together from early on. When the opportunity finally came in 2014, they decided it was time, and both left their former careers to pursue Over The Top Bakery Cafe in North Liberty, Indiana.

Since opening on November 12, 2014, the bakery cafe has become a favorite eatery and bakery for local and non-local patrons alike!
